how to have draggable items in a menu or slider? (also saving as png)

I am making a drag and drop style Dress Up Game (in Animate CC, in a Html5 canvas doc), and I plan to have a lot of clothes and other items. More than I can have in the stage, even scalling down.

I wanted to know if it's possible to create a slider panel ou a few menus that can be manipulated to show all the items the player can drag onto the body, and if so, how to do it (I'm still a beginner and don't know a lot)

I also wanted to have the option to save the final creation as an image. Is this possible? I know with AS3, there was PNGencoder, but now with JS I'm not sure.
