I've found an issue with Flash CC IDE. It displays non-scaled lines in 9-sliced symbols incorrectly inside its IDE (however the final publish result is correct). Will be waiting for Adobe's resolution on this item. Hope they will fix it quickly as this issue always takes additional time from our developers when we try to make pixel perfect layouts.
