Button Works in Test but Not on Website

Hello,

I have created a simple banner ad in Flash CS6. I used the "code snippets" to add the "click to go to webpage" action. When I test the file in Flash (Control->Test Movie->Test), the animation works perfectly and when I click the button, it opens the linked website.

If I put the .swf file on my website (and the HTML containing it) and navigate to it, the animation works perfectly, and when the button appears, the mouse pointer turns into the "finger" correctly, but when clicked - nothing happens.

Is there something I'm missing between saving the file, uploading it to the web, and accessing it? I'm not sure why it won't open up the indicated URL upon click?
