Generate Sprite Sheet orientation problem

Hi,

 

There is a problem while generating sprite sheets, some times a few items will appear rotated 90 degrees, and sometimes they are cropped.

 

This is how it looks in the scenario:

And this is how it looks in the sprite sheet:

You can see the clock and the red icon are rotated 90 degrees, and they are cropped.

But if I change the Shape Padding from 1 to 2, then they get corrected:

Also, some times adds weird stuff to the borders:

When the original looks like this (and actually renders well on CS6):

I've noticed this in another sprite sheet but it wasn't a big deal that time, I just rotated the item -90º to compensate. But alterated borders never happened to me on CS6 (actually I have to export these sprite sheets on CS6)

 

Please this needs to get fixed.
