Hi I have to make an animated video for my history project and Im aiming for it too look like this

So I asked what program they used and they said Flash and so Im trying to make a video but have no idea how I have little gifs I want to add to make one big video put I dont know how to add gifs or anything and im so confused on how flash works please help me!!!
