Pen Problems in Flash CS6

I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet PC.

Flash CS6 freezes up everytime the pen touches the stage.  The touch works fine, i can draw and move things around with my finger.  But the second the pen touches the stage it locks up.

CS5 suite runs perfectly with the pen.  I am unsure why Flash CS6 is acting differently.

Any help would be appreciated.
