Severe canvas/graphical lag, canvas won't update until I zoom/pan

Hello, I'm using the latest Adobe Flash Pro CC and whenever I'm in the canvas, if I make a change it won't update the actual display/canvas until I fiddle with it by like zooming or panning.

I'm on a Sony Vaio Pro 13, Intel i7 4500 @ 1.80 GHz, 8 gb RAM, Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit. I don't have problems in PS or Premiere.
