Help with easy animation

Hi to all,

I'm trying to do a very easy animation, here are the links of .fla and .swf files:

The only thing I want is:

If I push and MANTAIN PUSHED UP button the picture goes UP like the animation I did.

If I push and MANTAIN PUSHED DOWN button the picture goes DOWN.

If I'm pushing a button and the picture is moving and I stop pushing the button, the picture stop.

How can I do this?
