Why after all this time is there STILL no ability to actually turn down the layer opacity in Flash? C'mon guys it's 2013 and every other program under the sun can do this. Photshop can do it, Illustrator can do it, Fireworks can do and so can almost evetry single Adobe application. Why not Flash?
Yes I can make the color of the art lighter, yes I can put it in a symbol and turn down the opacity but come ON! FREE programs have layer opacity. Flash should certainly be able to. Stop catering to only developers. You can't do crap in Flash without DRAWING in Flash. Cater to us artists for once.
