Can't reinstall Flash CS5 on Mac

I recently reinstalled a MacMIni (2009) running OS X 10.7.5 after a hard drive failure/replacement. I reinstalled from scratch as the drive was too damaged to get a good backup before replacing it. I installed Adobe Flash Pro CS5. Then I installed Adobe Flash Pro CC. After installing the CC version I received an error when trying to launch the CS5 version of Flash Pro that indicated it was damaged and I need to reinstall it. (I'd previously had both versions running prior to the hard drive failure so I know that is possible.) I'm now trying to re-install Adobe Flash Pro CS5 and when I do I receive the Gatekeeper message that I can't open the installer and the only options I have are to cancel or eject the disk image. As you can see from the attached image, I have changed the Security and Privacy settings to allow installation from anywhere, and I've tried the Control-click/Open method when accessing the installer, but still no luck. Any thoughts as to how I could get this installer to run?

I ran the spctl -a command on the installer and it said CSSMERR_TP_CERT_REVOKED. Assuming this means the certificate has been revoked? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
