How to get pixel perfect icons at small size

Hi,

When drawing icons in Flash and scaling them down to say 20x20 -- other than making sure they're on whole-pixel positions -- do you guys have any tips on how to make them clean and crisp like the icons over at http://www.airbnb.com?
