How do I add frames to an already made motion tween?

I have already made a motion tween. But realized that the motion starts right from frame 1; which I don't want.  I want to insert/add about 5-10 blank frames at the beginning (frame 1) without messing up the motion tween.

I essentially want to shift the frames within the motion tween forward. Is there a way to do that other than, you know, planning ahead of what you want to do.
