I am interested in the idea of using Flash CC to produce HTML5 animation - particularly for banner ads. However, after a quick test I found that a 30kb .swf file becomes a total of 300kb when reproduced in HTML5.
It is mainly the size of all the .js files that are required. Does anyone have any tips on how to keep this files size down? Otherwise, 300kb for a very simple ad is unacceptable.
