Can't open my file!

Hi,

Yesterday I was working on CS5. I saved my progress and a few minutes after that my laptop froze. So I had to restart my computer and now I can't open my FLA file. I know my progress was saved because I am able to open the SWF and see the game I worked on. I just can't open the FLA (a message pops-up saying "Failed to open document") and I still need to finish a few things before I send it to my client.

If it helps, I'm working on a MacBook Pro and my OS X is 10.9.4

Also, I was working on Flash CS5

Please help!
