I was able to draw on screen with the Flash CC trial but I chose to purchase Flash CS6 instead. I am unable to configure my tablet to allow drawing on screen.
My software is up to date.
My touch screen works for drawing in other applications.
I have a Lenovo Yoga 13.
I am running Windows 8.1.
