Hello. I've been having a problem with the pen tool, where I try to create a single line, but it's malfunctioning and creating broken lines. It happens like this: I put one point to start the line, and then move to where I want the second point. As soon as I click down for point #2, it creates a new point next to point #1 and connects to that one instead. Example of the end product below. This happens whether or not I'm using a mouse, or a wacom tablet. It's also happening to my roommate. I use win7 and Flash CC, she uses Win7 and Flash CS6. Any ideas on how to fix this? Also, should mention this happens whether or not snapping is turned on. Below, snapping was off.
