Help with android manifest

Hello everyone!!Well,I am trully desperate with a problem that occures when i try to publish air for android.The following errors are displaying:

aapt failed.warning.androidmanifest already defines versioncode(http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android); using existing value in manifest.

warning.androidmanifest already defines versionname(http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android); using existing value in manifest.

warning.androidmanifest already defines targetSdkVersion(http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android); using existing value in manifest.

error:no resource found that matches the given name (at 'value' with value '???? ?? ??????.swf').

I could really use some help if you can..
