Problem playing consecutive symbols which have scenes inside.

I recently posted on the forum with a  freezing problem, long story short I was way over the frame limit.

So I decided to cut the frames out of a scene and put them in a symbol, I then did that for 5 more scenes and put them in a single frame each - to play one then two then so on.

Problem is when I test my movie it skips the frames and scene I have my symbol scenes in.  Any ideas?
