I have adobe CS6 package, how do I switch off/ disactivate Flash temporary on Windows 8.1 without uninstalling it. This is to do with problems with my site on IE 11 W 8.1. Background image on my site is shaking downwards as I scroll down with my mouse and upwards as I scroll up. I read that I may have to do with Flesh bug. Thanks for your support in advance.
