I'm using Flash Pro CS5.
I've created a "color picker" for designing a hang glider sail.
The user clicks on a color-swatch to choose a color, then clicks on a sail panel to assign that color to it.
To ensure that the borders of the entire sail and the panel-borders within it can always be seen, despite the colors picked, I have a layer at top-level that consists of the sail outline and internal panel borders that are dark grey... and everything else is Transparent, saved as PNG to get that transparency.
Problem:
When this page is right-clicked and Printed, the sail is always White, with the grey borders, and the colors that have been assigned to the panels are Blocked by the top layer... even though it is transparent. It was my impression that when printed, the printed page would be what you see on the screen. Where I am going wrong? Many thanks in advance for any advice.

... and choose the Freedom or Liberty glider to see what I mean.
