Shape Tween Hint Not Working?

Hi all,

I cannot seem to get this shape tween hint working correctly.  I have tried this on two different computers using flash and still the same result.  I figure it's something I'm doing wrong, so I posted a video about what I'm doing.  If someone could check it out and tell me what I'm doing wrong that would be awesome.
